Donte Hayes is the founder and CEO of Another Man’s Trash, LLC, a company built on second chances and a mission to create cleaner, healthier communities.

After earning his B.A. in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore, Donte turned his lived experiences into a vision for change. He believes that every neighborhood deserves dignity, and that begins with a clean environment.

Through Another Man’s Trash, Donte provides waste removal services that not only keep communities clean but also reflect his deeper commitment: giving back, creating opportunity, and proving that transformation is always possible.
Donte’s Story: A Second Chance, A New Mission
Before donning his cap and gown at the University of Baltimore, Donte Hayes returned to Edmondson Avenue—his childhood home, now vacant and slated for demolition. It was there he reflected on a past that nearly derailed his future, and a journey that ultimately gave him a second chance.

Donte began his studies with UBalt’s Second Chance College Program while serving a sentence at Jessup Correctional Institution. Education became his lifeline:
“I wanted to do something with my life, and I knew that education was going to be the way to do that,” he recalls.
